The Practice is connected with a network of professionals among which schools, colleagues, medical doctors and specialists.

It is her intention to expand the professional network with the expressive therapies like art and music therapy. Due to her work with children with anxiety disorders, she followed courses at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam . It is her experience that especially highly sensitive children (and adults) experience or develop fear in many situations. Over time insights into the role which traumatic experiences play into the development of emotional blocks developed further. Due to these insights, Karen Dun recently completed her education and is an accredited journey practitioner. She uses elements of the journey in her therapy.

“My personal experience in the release of ancient traumatic experiences by using the healing journey has been a great gift in my life. I would like to pass this on to children and parents.

In 2004 Karen followed the course Reiki I.
Since 2004 Karen annually gives courses in handwriting for children based on the method Handwriting without Tears. Please also see www.hwtears.com

In treatment, she pulls from a broad knowledge base and combines all elements into
a pioneering new individually designed treatment program.
