The treatment not only focuses on the practical problems in the area of life skills, but also on the underlying developmental cause. Advising parent, school, daycare facility and other professionals involved with the child, is always an essential part of the treatment. The children can be provided with only occupational therapy, only neuropsychology or a combination of both disciplines.
